At Goddess Isis Books & Gifts, we want you to feel divine in your selections. If your ritual wear or sacred apparel doesn't fit your spirit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal or contact our customer care team with your order number to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached in their original packaging to ensure they remain in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
